Vital Statistics and Tests for Optimum Health

These are by far the most important health factors you can monitor and control, yes there are more if you look deep enough, but these are a great start and often all you will ever need. If you are not sure where you stand on one of them, please go find out. You will probably need to ask for “special” tests from your doctor because these are not all standard. In my experience though, it is much more useful to test them now, i.e. PREVENTATIVE, then wait until you have strange symptoms and then your doctor says,

“maybe we should check your hormones and adrenal function because you seem to have a lot of strange issues showing up lately.”
